Buddhist teachers respond to Trump’s presidential win
An Iraqi perspective on Trump:
“Citizens of the USA. Worry not, we will save you from Trump. We cannot stand by and watch such a dignified and benevolent nation fall at the hands of racism, bigotry and cruelty. Iraq will lead a coaliton that will liberate you. 10 years of sanctions. Political and Economic isolation. Then a month long bombing campaign to destory all your infrastucture. Then finally a military invasion to dismantle your entire military and police force. A military occupation to oversee the hand over power to a government of our choosing. Someone like Trump will never be allowed to take power again. No need to thank us, it is the least we can do to repay your decades of kindness and support. We wont let Trump ruin your legacy”.
