There are currently roadworks/road re-routing taking place in our area, so some of the directions have changed slightly.

Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by car (Distance from Dublin is 44km – 35min):

1. Coming From Dublin, take the N11.
2. Leave the N11 at the signposts for Newtownmountkennedy.
3. Follow the signposts to the village.
4. Go through the village until the Industrial Estate.
5. Immediately before the Industrial Estate turn right and continue uphill and through the roundabout (2nd exit).
6. At both of the next two roundabouts, take the first exit.
7. Look out for the slightly hidden, sharp right turn up a small road.
8. Go up the road for a mile, the road becomes a dirt track.
9. Go up the dirt track for 50 yard.
10. There is a granite stone wall on the righthand side and a painted gate which is the entrance of the property.  Go up the drive,  park on the concrete.

Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by bus from Dublin (1h):

Check the bus 133 timetable

1. Get off the bus near Dunnes stores.
2. The walk to the Slí­ na Bandé is approx. 41 min, if Taxi is needed Uber or call Mick 087 773 4809.
3. Google maps direction is available to view here.
4. Go up the hill beside the church, take the first left.
5. Follow the road to the roundabout and take the 3rd exit.
6. At both of the next two roundabouts, take the first exit.

Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by bus from Dublin Airport (1h30):

• Take the Route 2 bus from Dublin Airport to Dublin Busaras station, more details here
• From Dublin Busáras station take Bus Éireann – Route 133. Check the bus 133 timetable,
• Follow “Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by bus from Dublin (1h):” directions if walking or Uber Taxi
• Alternatively we can make an arrangement and we will do our utmost to pick you up.

Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by Taxi from Dublin Airport (58km – 45min):

• With Dublin Airport Taxis – from Dublin Airport to Newtownmountkennedy – approximate price: €112.7‚ to book in advance you can either email info@dublinairporttaxis.com or submit a form online.

Getting to Dublin Airport by Taxi from Slí­ na Bandé :

• With Greystones Taxi
  • Call John at (+353) 87 255 6345 or submit a form online here.. Approximate price between 8am to 8pm 100€, and between 8pm and 8am 120€.
• Minibus available – for groups
  • Call Michael at (+353) 87 773 4809 – price for 5 person: 130€, 6 person: 135 – 140€, 7 person: 145€, and so on, up until 14 person.

Getting to Slí­ na Bandé by DART from Dublin (50min + 15min):

• Take the DART from Dublin Connolly Station to Greystones or Kilcoole. Check the DART Timetable .
• From Greystones, take the TFI bus route L1 to Newtownmountkennedy timetables here, or take a taxi from Greystones or Kilcoole (Mick 087 773 4809). Alternatively we can make an arrangement and we will do our utmost to pick you up.
